From CV to assignment
Send your CV
Email your CV to cv@linnfoss.com. It lands directly in our candidate platform — you'll get a short questionnaire link to confirm your availability, rates and preferences.
We get acquainted
We review your profile and, for the roles we broker most, follow up with a call or short interview so we can vouch for you with clients.
Assignments find you
When a client assignment matches, we ask you first — availability, rate and interest — before anything is shared with the client. You approve every submission.

What happens with your data
LINNFOSS Consulting ApS (CVR 33163983, Åbogade 15, DK-8200 Aarhus) is the data controller for the consultant network. In short: your data is used to match you with assignments — nothing else.
What we store
- Your CV and the professional profile we build from it (roles, skills, experience, certifications, education, languages);
- contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn, city);
- commercial details you give us (availability, notice period, rates, work-mode and location preferences);
- our assessment artifacts (screening notes, interview notes, test and case results) when you take part in our vetting;
- correspondence about your profile and about specific assignments.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Matching and brokering — assessing your fit for client assignments and contacting you about them (consent, and our legitimate interest as a brokerage you have asked to represent you);
- Client submission — your profile is only presented to a client with your assignment-specific approval, which we collect each time;
- Keeping your profile current — occasional update requests (each one carries an opt-out link).
We use AI tools to structure CV content and score role fit. These scores support our human judgment — no automated decision about you is made without a person reviewing it.
Who sees it
Your profile lives in our candidate platform (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt). It is visible to LINNFOSS staff, and to a client only when you have approved the specific submission. We never sell or share your data for other purposes.
How long
For as long as you want to be part of the network. If your profile is inactive for an extended period we contact you before deciding whether to keep or delete it.
Your rights
You can at any time ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent — just email kli@linnfoss.com. Withdrawing consent removes you from the network and deletes your profile and CV. You can also complain to Datatilsynet (the Danish DPA).
